This Privacy Policy explains how BabyLooker (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) handles information when you use the BabyLooker iOS application.

Who we are BabyLooker is an entertainment app that helps users playfully imagine a future baby face, family photos, similarity scores, ultrasound-style previews, and short dance videos using AI. Information we process Depending on how you use the App, we may process: • Photos you choose to upload (for example parent portraits, baby photos, or ultrasound images) • Optional text prompts you enter for a generation request • Generated images or videos stored on your device in the in-app gallery • Local monthly usage counters and purchased overage pack balances stored on your device • Subscription and consumable purchase status provided by Apple (we do not receive your full payment card details) • App display-language preference stored on your device • Basic diagnostics you choose to share through Apple’s standard system channels • Support emails you send to [email protected]
How we use information We use information to: • Provide AI generation features you request • Deliver Premium subscription benefits and single-image / single-video packs purchased through Apple • Save creations in your on-device gallery • Enforce monthly quotas and overage balances • Improve stability and fix issues • Respond to support requests
AI processing If you use generation features, the photos and optional prompt text you submit for that request may be sent to our servers and AI service providers solely to create the result you asked for. Do not upload sensitive images or personal data you do not want processed. Generated results are entertainment simulations only and are not medical advice, genetic testing, or diagnostic ultrasound interpretation.
Purchases and Apple Subscriptions, consumable packs, and restores are handled by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment processing. We do not store your Apple ID password or full payment information.
Data storage Gallery items, language preference, and local generation quotas are stored primarily on your device. Cloud AI requests are processed to fulfill your request and are not sold by us. Temporary files needed to complete a generation may be stored on our servers for processing and then discarded according to normal operations.
Sharing We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with: • Apple (for purchases, restore, and system services) • Service providers that process AI generation requests on our behalf • Authorities when required by law
Children’s privacy BabyLooker is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the App if you are under that age.
Your choices You can: • Delete creations inside the App gallery • Stop uploading photos or using generation features • Cancel Premium in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions • Contact us with privacy questions: [email protected]
International users If you use AI features, processing may occur on servers outside your country as needed to provide the service.
Changes We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
