常见问题：生成行程卡住 / 无法再次点「生成」

1. 界面长时间停在「生成中」

   AI 生成可能需要较长时间。若等待数分钟仍无结果，请从多任务界面完全关闭 App（上滑划掉），再重新打开应用，即可恢复为可再次点击「生成」的状态。

2. 网络

   请检查 Wi‑Fi 或蜂窝数据，或更换网络后重试。

3. 用量上限

   若提示本月 AI 次数已用完，请在应用内 「设置 → 订阅与升级」 查看当前方案，或于下一计费周期 / 次月再试（以应用内说明为准）。

4. 订阅与恢复购买

   在 「设置 → 订阅与升级」 中使用「恢复购买」。

   扣款、退款、账单问题由 Apple 或您的支付渠道处理；也可在 iPhone 「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」 中管理。

5. 反馈问题时建议提供

   设备型号、iOS 版本、大致发生时间、界面截图（如有），发至上述技术支持邮箱。

If generation seems stuck or the Generate button stays unavailable: wait briefly; if nothing happens for several minutes, force-quit the app (remove it from the app switcher) and reopen. Check your network. If you see a monthly limit message, review your plan under Settings → Subscriptions & upgrades in the app. Use Restore purchases if needed. Billing questions go through Apple / Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
